We started working with Chris about 2 years ago. He was great from the very beginning. He gathered info about what my husband and I wanted in a new home over a span of a few pleasant meetings. He was patient and accommodating with us every time we had another idea, wanted to add something, or ask for a change. Through our design process, Chris heard everything we had to say and delivered. He came up with design plans that had everything we asked for and more! Our final plans are perfect and we are hoping to break ground any day now! We cannot wait too see what the house looks like when the architectural plans come to life! We will update this post when the house is done. We are super excited and cannot wait until our dream home is completed!!
This is our second project with CJ Architects. He did plans for a second floor remodeling at our home in Willowbrook, IL almost three years ago. It involved a complete demo and remodel, full and partial dormers and a new master bathroom. The current project, not yet completed, is for an exterior face-lift on our second home in St. Joe, MI. Pictures to follow. Chris listens to our ideas, responds quickly to our changes, and comes up with beautiful plans. He is very easy to work with and fair with his billing.
